In the last couple weeks we have received roughly 15 brand new cameras. We are in the middle of testing, field work and then reviewing all the models. We finished the first set with the Primos Truth Cam Reviews last week. We are currently working on everything else as well.
Another hot topic: Over the last 2 months or so the Bushnell Trophy Cam experienced a firmware change. The trigger speed dropped (to around 1.9 – 2.0 seconds) and there were cameras that experienced excessive white-out, runaway pictures and blurry photos. Bushnell has released a firmware update. The update is for cameras that were purchased roughly June or later.
One note: the slow trigger time was on all of these cameras, however, the other problems were on only roughly 1.5% of the cameras (at least from our customers). If you have not experienced any of these problems, I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
